Arrival & Accessible Entrances:Â
The main entrances into Coca-Cola Roxy are fully accessible. This includes both the General and Premium entrances.
To access the balcony (Reserved Seating and EP Lounge), an elevator is available in the main room on the first level. Please see a staff member who will direct you to the elevator.
Restrooms:
All restrooms are accessible.
Ticketing:Â
Tickets located in our accessible sections can be purchased online here. Our box office is not equipped to take ticket orders over the phone and our website is the only method to purchase tickets. Â
To find tickets in the accessible sections, select the Filters icon on the upper right of the page where you see available tickets. Â You will be shown your seat location once the ticket is selected.Â
If accessible tickets are no longer available, we have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inform our staff of your needs when you arrive at the venue.
Accessible Parking:Â
Coca-Cola Roxy is located in The Battery Atlanta, which owns and operates multiple parking decks with elevators. The Orange and Delta decks are closest to the venue. Premier Parking in the Orange Deck may be purchased as an add-on upon check-out (when available) by clicking here.

Medication needs:
If you need to enter with prescribed medication, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Â If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue. Â Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. Â We cannot store any type of medication. Â Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging. Â
Dietary needs:
Coca-Cola Roxy takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. Â You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests. Â
Service Animals:
At Coca-Cola Roxy, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.Â
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Â This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. Â The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Â Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.Â
Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area. You will need to exit the venue and re-enter with the assistance of a member of the guest services team.
Sign Language Interpretation:Â
Coca-Cola Roxy offers sign language interpretation upon request only. Requests for interpreters must be received at least two weeks before the event date. Please make your request by email to cocacolaroxyinfo@livenation.com and include how many in your party need interpretation and the ticket type you have.Â
Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at the box office. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats.Â
There is no charge for this service. Interpretation requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter.
Assistive Listening Devices:
Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days' notice. We can be reached at cocacolaroxyinfo@livenation.com.
